The Thuggersby family have been in the henching business for as long as any member of that extraordinarily large clan can remember. And since the appearance of so many super-powered villians intent on world domination, demand for individuals of limited intellect but willing and able to hit other people for small sums of money has never been greater.

The Thuggletons
Vain and conceited, the Thuggletons consider themselves as the creme-de-la-creme of the criminal underworld, desired by women and envied by men. In reality they spend so much time grooming their ridiculously thin moustaches and practising flashy twirls with their shiny guns that they've never actually learned how to shoot straight.

The Thuggerthwaites
A gigantic clan of northeners of dubious integrity, even the elders in the family have been tempted out of retirement by the prospect of settling a few scores with the constabulary, as well as their favourite pastime of threatening law-abiding citizens. Despite the fact that they could not hit the side of a barn if they were inside it, competition between supervilains for henchmen is such that even the myopic Thuggerthwaites can gain employment.
